i have ordered my tickets to be mailed to me and that worked very well.
one year i was told that it would be better to have them held on will call. we got to the window on the night of the party to pick them up, they said they did not have any tickets for me.
i had the confirmation # and all, but they said there was nothing with that confirmation #.
i finally got out my credit card that i used to pay for them and said i would call them and have them verify the charges on my card. the lady called the ph. # on the card (or someone else) and spoke for a minute and said, you are lucky that you had the cc you paid for them with with you. if you had not, you would not have had a ticket at all.
she gave me tickets and we went in. it was a sold out night (halloween) and my children would have been very upset if we had not gotten in.
now i always take my cc and the statement they are on with me so that i have proof of my purchase. it seems as tho a confirmation # is not proof that you have paid for a ticket.
please take your proof with you.
just a little advice!
