MNSSHP tickets now can't go

What do I do? I already bought our MNSSHP tickets and I just found out my son's Basketball teams tryouts are that day. Will Disney refund me or let me change the date.

They let me change the date for my MVMCP last year. However, I was already in Disney and had family joining us later in the week, so I was purchasing more tickets. I did it in person at Guest Relations.

It cant hurt to ask!

One year I had tickets and then had to cancel the trip; can't remember why. But I called and explained, and they refunded my money.
