MNSSHP Sept. 5 Who's going?

OK I did it !! Yesterday, I bought our party tickets. Did not think we would even get to go this year and then they announce the start of the parties would be Sept. 5 . We check out on the 7th so this would be our only opportunity. This will be our 5th party and can not wait.

Who else will be going to the MNSSHP on the 5th ?

Thank you did a search, not working all that good for me this morning. I hate computers.

I hope this is a sign of low attendance for this party. Although alot of the dates do not have alot of people signed up for them.

Dh and I will be there. It will be our first trip to the world without the kids and thought it would be fun.
I hope since it is early Sept, that the crowds will be low.

We'll be there!!! This is our second attempt at going. Last year, my oldest and youngest DS and myself missed it due to them being sick. Fingers crossed for this year we have a healthier trip

It is very expensive this year. We were use to the AP discount and with the increase I admit I thought about it for a while. Our budget is tight this year and free dining was only way were going to get to go this year. My kids were not thrilled about free dining and the dates we had to travel in.Boy did there attitude change when they found out that not only are we going during free dining but they get to go to MNSSHP I am sorry but it is way worth it. If you have never been then you must go at least once.

It is a wonderfull atmosphere. You will see lots of people dressed up, most in home made outfits so real origional. Disney brings out lots of fall decorations, lots of characters are to be found and most are dressed up. The dead (ghostly) singers will be out singing. Lots of neat opportunities for photographs like Cinderella's carriage surrounded by pumpkins and hitchiking ghosts background. The parade is the best I have ever seen, not just characters going by, but entertainment. The headless horseman rides, pairates, haunted mansion dancers and the grave diggers are WOW!!!!!! The haunted mansion entrance is themed out more than normal and a must do on party nights (make sure you get your picture for this one). Just a very relaxing and fun to be spent and never regreted by us. Here is a link for the party.
