This doesn’t seem to have any new information. Am I missing something??Link
I just came to post the same thing...Those dates on Google seem to include *every* day from Aug 10-Oct 31, they are just all mixed up
It's a blank quote-reply of the original post. This doesn’t seem to have any new information. Am I missing something??
This exactly... I keep asking “are we there yet???”I feel like a little kid waiting for tomorrow to finally come. "It's next month already, where are my tickets and dates?"
What scares me, is that people are so desperate for things to get back to normal that they will be throwing their money at whatever semblance of a party they can get and Disney sees this and realizes (like they do) that they don't have to offer anything more than the idea of a party and the masses will pay top dollar for it....and it never comes back full force. I can tell just from the posts here that once again we're probably going to cut our noses off to spite our faces here. I'm excited too, but I certainly don't want to send the message that we'll pay just as much for a watered down version of a party. They already cram far too many people into them and defeat the purpose as it is.Let me throw this out there:
The Boo Bash was announced several days before the whole mask thing was changed. Locally, they've started announcing a lot of mid-summer and fall events as "back-to-normal".
Look at all the changes at WDW just in the last few days. Filling every row on rides, no mask outside, etc. And it's only May.
Could there be a re-consideration on WDWs part and this thing could revert back to MNSSHP?
Or because of the 50th in October, they won't want to close MK any earlier, but maybe add more stuff to the Boo Bash and keep it open beyond midnight? It is kind of a Catch-22. Upset the regular MK attendees by closing early, or upset the Halloween crowd (those with young children) by closing later?

That's the same expectation that they've always set and the parties get more and more crowded each year. It's been ages since I've been able to even tell a difference between the party and the regular day attendance. What THEY call low attendance isn't necessarily what WE call low.Not going to lie... I am desperate for a fun party! But I think they’ve set expectations that these parties will have low ride waits and be limited in attendance, possibly even selling out to onsite guests, so they’d be giving a lot of refunds if people are crammed in.
But if they are thinking these will really be limited to a subset of onsite guests AND they are expensive, it seems like they really might be this time. I get it though. In previous years I’ve done the fireworks dessert party at the party and felt it worth it to be away from the fireworks crowds. Party during a party was definitely not necessary years agoThat's the same expectation that they've always set and the parties get more and more crowded each year. Do we know if disney will limit the capacity more than previous years considering it now costs more?
Post pandemic, complete with people desperate to do something, I'm not sure we can rely on that to be self limiting. Sadly.Yes....they limited the capacity because most sane people will not be paying $129 to $199 lol
No.What were the prices for previous DAH? And hasn’t capacity always been very low for DAH events?
