MNSSHP --- LTT question...

I have tried to wade through the MNSSHP threads, but there's just so many pages. Anyway, my question is what time do the characters have on their costumes at LLT on the nights of MNSSHP? I have an early ressie, and the WDW CM said they would not be dressed in costume until after 7 p.m. Is this true?

Last year when my DBF and I went (ressies at 5:45) they were in costume. I'm sorry I can't help you anymore.

We went there on 10/8. They had Halloween masks on.
