MNSSHP - Historic Dates?

Where can I find a link to historic dates for MNSSHP? I don't think I want to be there Halloween Eve, but I also know I don't want to be there Columbus Day weekend. Does anyone know the nights this event is USUALLY held? If I plan to be in WDW from a Wed. night to a Sunday, do I have a good chance of there being a party scheduled? I want to take my DH down to WDW for a long weekend for his b-day and he has ALWAYS wanted to go to MNSSHP. Plus we'll be bringing our son who will be about 14 months old. Any info is greatly appreciated!

I'm pretty sure I saw the dates from last year on Deb Wills site. I'm kind of using those dates to plan for possible dates this year - we should be able to catch it on the Thursday night.

This will be our first time going to MNSSHP too! We've been to MVMCP three times and love it!! For MNSSHP, it will be just me and my youngest DD (the other 2 aren't into trick or treating - gasp)

We'll be there Oct 13-18!!! Hoping for some great weather!!

I think you have a good chance at attending one. Last year the dates were Oct. 11, 17.20,25,27, 31, Nov 1.

So looks like Friday, Thurs., Sun. were the days that they were there.

If you go Columbus Day weekend, you most likely will only have Friday as a choice - which will be crowded as it's Friday, the locals will come out and there probably will be others taking a Columbus Day trip if they have it off.

There was a post here several weeks ago that linked me to another site the day that the dates were released for the MNSSHP. They are out there. Sorry i do not remember the site, but i wrote down the dates that were important to me so i know that there will be nights on Oct 10, 16 and 19. There are others of course. If I can find the other site i will let you know.

The link to the MNSSHP dates was mgmstudios.org/board/viewtopic, which listed the dates for 2003 as 10/10, 16, 19, 24, 26, 30, 31. He (site administrator) listed his official source as disney.co.uk...BUT these dates have since been retracted and no new ones posted....something is up....guess we'll have to wait a little longer, which makes planning dates difficult!!!

they are backing off those dates? the ones on MGMstudios? why?

it isn't like I have to know right this second, but it sure would be nice....

it doesn't say why the dates were removed...on the mgm site post it just says that the dates were retracted and on the uk site it now reads selected dates in october...I called Disney this am and they do not have any dates for the party and do not know when tickets would go on sale...I would think that they would release the dates prior to the ticket sale beginning...
