Mnsshp best discount AP or DVC?

We'll attend the Halloween party for the first time - what's the best discount for tickets? Maybe AP and DVC prices are the same but I couldn't get on the DVC site this morning to check. Also are the tickets mailed or picked up at MK?

Same pricing for AP & DVC. Discounted Special Event tickets are supposed to be setup for will call only.

I ordered mine online with dvc discount and got the tickets in the mail. They are not will call. They were also linked to my disney experience automatically

Where did you go to order them online? I was just using the online chat on the DVC web site and was told they could only be purchased over the phone. (30 min hold time!)

Also, I am a dunce and closed the window before I actually wrote down what the discounted prices are - do you know?
