MNSSHP and ticket question

We have booked a room package, including park tickets for Columbus Day weekend this year. We'll be coming in Thurs. night and checking out 4 days later, on Monday. I don't know if MNSSHP will be going on any of those nights, but if so, my daughter & I would like to go. My husband and son have no interest.

Can I purchase one ticket each just for my daughter and myself and link it to our Magic Bands? If so, can I do this in advance?

Yes you can buy just one ticket if you want for the party. It is not like with the dining plan where everyone in your party has to have it.

You can purchase in advance. I think the dates are released in May?? Not sure on that.

The tickets typically go on sale in early May, and the dates should be announced shortly before that. However, you can figure out when the dates will be when the October hours are released, which should be mid-March, because MK closes at 7:00 on party days. If the dates are the same as last year, there should be a party on Friday night of Columbus Day weekend.

Thanks! I knew MVMCP was on a Monday before Veteran's Day and didn't know MNSSHP was changed.
