Is this event cancelled during the party?

I've never seen it and was hoping to. Thanks.
 
Tinkrbell....Sorry no Spectro during MNSSHP. There is a special Halloween parade that runs on the nights of the party. Maybe Spectro will be showing on another night of your stay and you can catch it then. :D
