MNSSHP 4pm-7pm costumes are not allowed correct?

i assume that is the case which is unfortunate because this means i'll have to bring my costume in a bag and then probably rent a locker because i don't feel like carrying my clothes around with me.

although i suppose i could wear my street clothes and just put the dress over it but that probably won't be all that comfortable in the 90 degree heat on september 2nd.

As far as I know you, when you can get in for the party, costumes are fine. Party tickets let you in 3 hours before the actual event time so costumes should be fine at 4.

I've only been to DL and only before they changed the whole costume guidelines but we entered at 4 with our costumes on and everyone else was too.

Unless this is a new policy this year, costumes were fine at 4 last Oct. I was in line for the 4pm entry with a very under-stated costume but many guests around me had elaborate costumes and we all went in at 4 with no problem.

i know the updated costume guidelines and i am well within them.
i just wasn't sure about the timing.

Costumes are allowed at 4 with your party band. However, if you are in the oark beforehand you can not change into your costume until you have your party credentials.

i will not be in the park prior so that won't be a problem.

We head to MK before 4 and have never had a problem being in costume.

We wore our costumes into the park at 4, in 2013. Reading the new guidelines, we still would have been fine (I was snow white, my daughter was Rapunzel - we were in teeshirts and tutus with biking shorts under them.)

They made costume rule changes the past year where folks age 14+ cannot wear costumes in the parks. They seem to be dropping the rule for the Halloween parties. So if it's not Halloween party time, before 4pm, then maybe costumes won't be allowed. Though in past years they were. Just a guess on my part.
