MLK Weekend 2017

I made my January 2017 reservations without much research on dates and just realized our last full day will be on MLK day. I have read lots of different opinions varying from "it's crazy busy" to "it's not too bad." Anyone care to add their opinions? I would ideally like to end our trip at MK which I know is going to be the busiest park that day. I thought about pushing up the trip a couple days which would make us arriving on marathon weekend. Would the Tuesday after MLK Day be better at MK if I just add an extra night?

We have gone in January many times. Always around Marathon weekend and MLK. We did notice an increase in crowds on MLK day but not enough to change our plans because of it. I wouldn't worry too much about it. The parks will be busier then the rest of your trip, but certainly still manageable!!
