The other day at my college a guy dressed as Jack Sparrow was handing out flyers for the Disney College Program. A girl next to me wanted a flyer and said: "Hey! Jack Sparrow! Could you give me a flyer?". The guy walked over to her and handed her the flyer, he turned around to leave but then immediately turned back and said: It's *Captain* Jack Sparrow. We applauded. I love my college. MLIA

When it happened I would keep telling the story to anybody that would listen...my friends were starting to get annoyed with me because I had said it like a million times.

My friend sent me a text tonight that said "Yay! I'm taking the mini to meet Minnie!" I had to read it 3 times to realize she meant she is driving her mini coupe down to the DCP. It made my night. MLIA.

That Capt Jack Sparrow story is too cute!

Mine is two years old but:

It took me 6 month to convince my boyfriend to go to WDW with me. On our first day in the Magic Kingdom, I was going to wait in line to meet the Princesses. I told DBF to explore while I was waiting because it would take a while. He said he was going to Tom Sawyer Island to see what was there. After I met the Princesses, I made my way to TSI and I couldn't find him anywhere. I sat down out in the open hoping he would find me and he eventually came walking out of the cave entrance. Apparently, he had been hiding in there for 45 minutes waiting to scare me but I never went into his cave. M[Disney]LIA.

Today I was answering questions (I work for ChaCha). Someone asked "What's the square root of a turkey leg?" I was annoyed with them, but chose to respond "Turkey legs aren't numbers so that's probably impossible, but try asking the folks at Disney World- they sell enough to know!" I love incorporating Disney into everyday life.

Today, I was in the lunch line. I heard people talking about "Disney Money." I turned around and corrected them saying "Disney Dollars" with a smile. I turned back and they go "Yeah, I bet they don't have them anymore." I turned back and corrected again, saying "Actually, they do. I just got them in August when I went," and turned back. Finally, I hear the kid say "Well, Disney is just a place where fat kids yell at their kids...that's all it is..." I walked AWAY this time to avoid my knuckle sandwich from correcting him. MLIA.

You can apply at becomeaguide.chacha.com. When you get there there's a button in the top right square that says "Get Started." It's kind of hit or miss on if you'll get lucky and they'll actually be accepting guides at that time.
