MK to Wilderness Lodge??

We will be at MK 9:00-9:00 and plan to break up the day with lunch at The Whispering Canyon Cafe. Is a boat the quickest way to get there? Where do we catch the boat and how long does it take? Thanks!!

Yes it is. Just catch it on the dock right in front of the MK exit.

I did the exact same thing on Sunday @ 2:40pm. Takes about 15-20mins.

I believe the bus is quicker then the boat. But the boat ride is very nice and relaxing.

The boat is down on the waterfront right in front of the MK entrance. It goes to FW and WL and it usually makes a triangle between the three points, so you will probably make a stop at FW on either your trip to WL or on your return (I forget which way the triangle travels) I think the boat hits WL, then MK, then FW, then repeats, but it might be the other way around. We used it all the time to get to MK from FW and it was a nice relaxing ride and there is plenty to look at. You go right past the Contemporary and if you know what you are looking for you can see River Country which is now closed. You also sometimes pass the kids on their Pirate Cruises and they all yell Arrgh! and wave. It seems to run pretty regularly, we never had to wait long for one. Someone probably has timed it, but I never thought to. It is defniately the most fun way to get from MK to WL.

It goes from MK to WL to FW. I just took that boat in July.

It goes from MK to WL to FW... or from MK to FW to WL.

It can go in either order, depending on which boat you happen to board.
