MK to Swan for character supper

Ok, No one staying at Disney resorts, no special passes or anything.
Will be spending the day at MK and have 6:30 reservations at Garden Grove for the Character diner. 12 of us with 3 cars.
Would like to know the best way to get to Swan and back without taking our cars.

There is Disney bus service between the MK and the Swan/Dolphin. You and your party are welcome to ride the bus from the MK to the Swan and back (assuming the park is still open after your dinner) even if you are not staying at a Disney resort. No special passes are required.

Taking the bus is the best idea. Otherwise, you would have to pay to park. You could drive to DHS, and then either boat or walk to the Swan. If you hold onto your parking receipt from earlier in the day, you can park at DHS free that same afternoon.
But, you can take the bus directly from MK to the Swan, and then back again, as long as MK is still open, or just closing.

The MK parking lot is at the TTC.

To get back to your cars after dinner, if MK is open, you can take the bus from the Swan to the MK, and then the monorail or ferryboat to the TTC.

If DHS is open, you can also take a boat from the Swan to DHS, and then a bus direct from DHS to the TTC.

If neither park will be open when you finish dinner, you should move your cars to the DHS lot before dinner, take the boat from DHS to the Swan, and walk from the Swan to DHS after dinner. If that's too far for to walk for some members of your party, you could have the drivers walk to DHS and coordinate to pick up the rest of the party out front of the Swan.

It is next week and I think MK is open till 1 AM. So we should be good as our time is for 6:30
