MK to CR for Wishes Cruise...

We have a Gr. Gatherings Wishes Pirates Cruise scheduled for a 10 pm Wishes in March. I've been told to be at CR by 8:45. What time should we leave MK to get to the right spot at CR for the launch? Can someone tell me exactly what to do, when to do it? TIA!

You can walk over - probably takes 10-15 minutes, or take the monorail, allow 15 minutes, maybe a little more.

I believe part of the Gathering takes place on the 4th floor before you head out to the marina.

We did the MG cruise in Aug. '04 and it's wonderful! You all are going to have such a great time! Anyway, yes, there is a dessert reception first before the cruise, where you can meet Capt. Hook and Mr. Smee. You also get special fireworks voyage pins that are your "ticket" to get on the boat. I agree with the OP, it's much faster to walk to the CR from the MK. There's a path next to the bus loading area.

Great! Thanks for the info everyone! Are the pins like the ones you trade, or like "buttons"? They say the cruise starts at 8:45 for a 10:00 Wishes, what time should we be there for sure? About how many people total will be on the boat?

They told us to be there early too. That's for the dessert reception. The pins are like trading pins, only don't trade them! They're very collectible as you have to actually do the cruise to get one. My BiL is an avid pin collector and has been trying to steal mine, lol. We had 16 in our party and we shared the boat with 3 other families. Hope you guys have a great time!
