MK Sunday vs Monday

Hi there. I keep reading that all things being equal (ie no EMH) MK is overall busier on Mondays than Sundays. We are heading down the middle of August. I have one of our MK days scheduled for Monday 8/18 and Epcot on Sunday 8/17. Neither park has EMH that day. Would it be wise to swap those days? Has anyone noticed significant crowd differences between Sundays and Mondays? Thanks!

I believe the theory is two-fold:
1) Disney moved evening EMH to Saturdays at MK which will attract a lot of people staying onsite, now making Sunday less crowded.
2) A lot of people tend to arrive on Sunday and then start their week out Monday with MK.

If it won't throw a giant wrench in your plans, you may want to switch.
