MK Rope Drop confusion

So where is the best place to head if you have a pre-RD ADR on a 9am open? We plan on getting there 45 minutes early for our 8:05am BOG ADR and want to know exactly which side lets people in for this. I'll try to get there as early as possible but in case we run into a crowd like the pic above, what do we do?
The touchpoints on the far left will be the check-in for ADRs.

After you enter into the park and you are facing the Castle, it will be on the left-side - the walkway that leads to Liberty Square. A CM will be there to let you through.

If the MK is having EMH at 7am, would it be better to drive our car to TTC or take a bus from CSR? I would prefer to drive, but is the parking lot open that early? And what time would you recommend leaving CSR to get to the EMH 7am rope drop?

Never a good plan to drive to MK AM EMH.

The parking lot will be open,
but its getting from the parking lot to the MK gates that will be in doubt.

Is this because of how unreliable the monorail has been? What about the boat? Do they not work that early?

Guests at TTC are overwhelmingly non-WDW Resort guests, so on AM EMH dates, they tend to HOLD guests at TTC (no Express Monorail or Ferry boat runs to the MK gates) until closer to regular hours opening time.

If you are interested in attending MK AM EMH from the start of the EMH, you are better off taking the MK bus from your resort.

I left my phone number and this gentleman called me a few days later after speaking to the park manager regarding opening procedures for an 8am opening time. He specifically said the the plan was to hold people until 7:45, but if the amount of guests arriving before that started to really congest the area, they were prepared to allow guests in earlier than that. It would just depend on how many show up at what times.
He said 7:45, you said you were let in at 7:50. Very close. Whomever is in charge of when they open the park must not have thought the number of guests waiting in the courtyard outside the tunnels warranted letting people in earlier than the planned 7:45. From your photo it looks like the same volume of crowd that used to form prior to the old opening show at the train station. People running up Main St is for sure annoying, & I'm not at all doubting you that that was less than magical, but Disney also can't completely control guest behavior.

Very true. I was just surprised they didn't let people in earlier. I was under the impression that one of the main reasons they changed the opening procedure was to keep from having this congestion in this small area. And that they did not walk people down Main Street like they have done in the past since the opening of 7DMT.

Thanks, I did not think about that!

it also depends on if they need to move any vehicles ( that they use to clean the streets/ mantinces extra. ) off the streets or if there is a run going on. This could and has held up opening but most of the time is it just 5 to 10 minutes
