Mainly Golden Oak Outpost and Sleepy Hollow. They are listed to be open till 8:30pm and 11pm but I feel like I never actually see them open that late. I arrive on Tuesday, is it because I usually go during “off times”? Can anyone verify their closing times?

Golden Oak Outpost is only open during the busiest weeks/times of the year, so it's likely they aren't open at all when you go. I doubt they will be open next week.

Sleepy Hollow should be open until closing or close to it, but they may not have everything on their menu available.

Thank you, that’s a shame about Golden Oak. My DD is a vegetarian and I thought she’d like the cauliflower they have on the menu. Fingers crossed...

My DH is looking to try the spicy chicken waffle from Sleepy Hollow.

It may be just me, but the "spicy" chicken waffle was rather tame, spice-wise, in comparison to, for example, buffalo wings.

I'm also vegetarian and the cauliflower there is my absolute favorite snack in MK. I could eat it all day. Hope it's open when you go!
