Does this plan seem doable? If we get behind schedule we can always skip something.

I think it's definitely doable and looks great! It's ambitious but our days are exactly like yours!

Plan on skipping something. Remember that there is Rope Drop, and then there is ROPE DROP!! With a 7:20 ADR, you will not be belly-up to the turnstile at Rope Drop. You will get to the park before it opens, but by the time you finish breakfast, walk (or take the monorail) to the MK, pass through the bag check security checkpoint and line up, you will be nowhere near the front of the Rope Drop line. Your plan starts off by assuming that you will be entering the queue for Peter Pan at 9:05 and will be off the ride at 9:15. You would need a jet-pack to get from your place in the turnstile line to the entrance of PP by 9:05 unless they open the park well before 9:00. It they start letting guests in at 9:00, you will be lucky to be past the turnstile scanners at 9:05. So right from the get-go, you are going to find yourself behind your schedule.

Then, you assume that whenever you get to BTMRR, (and you assume 10:10, but I'm not feelin' it), you will enter the queue and be off the ride in a total of 20 minutes. Even if you were to sprint through the queue without a soul in your way, you would likely get to the boarding area and have to wait for 2 trains to board and depart before your turn. Then, you would have to ride the ride itself. Without a soul in your way, you are looking at around 12 minutes. So your plan assumes that at 10:00, the SB line will only be 8 minutes long. Possible. But hard to plan for. Just another example of where I think you will lose some time. And 25 minutes total from the time you enter the Splash Mountain queue until the time you exit? Again, it takes 5 minutes just to walk the queue if you were the only person in it. And the ride itself (according to Wiki) is 10:41. So you are counting on the line being only 10 minutes long at 10:30. Possible? I suppose. But count on losing some more time here. And so on.

September is low crowds, but you're on a weekend which means higher crowds. Note that on our recent trip, MK rope drop on 9am day was actually closer to 8:45am. You should be able to make it to rope drop, but won't have time for any dilly-dallying at Chef Mickey's.

I think your morning plan of ride order is very good. If anything, I would change it to FP Splash instead of Pirates. You should be able to get to Thunder by 10am before standby gets too busy, but Splash line will get longer much earlier than Pirates.

I love the plan to use your first 3 FP+ as early as possible and get more at kiosks. But I think it is completely unrealistic to expect to get a FP for Space with return time less than 20 minutes away. On our trip in April, we were able to follow our plan up until lunchtime, get a lot of rides done, and use our 3 FP+ early, but we never knew what to expect when we visited the FP kiosk. On the slow day (crowd level 3 but felt less) we could get most rides with FP return time 5 minutes away, headliners like Space were 20 minutes out. On the medium day (crowd level 4 but felt higher), return times for headliners were 1-2 hours away. On the busy day (crowd level 5 but park was jam packed), return times for headliners were 2-4 hours away.

Basically, we were able to follow the plan all morning. But we had to throw the plan away and be very flexible/spontaneous in the afternoon. We'd hit the FP kiosk around noon for a 4th FP before eating lunch, and had lots of choices, but there's no way of knowing what return times are going to be. On days when return times were soon, we got some additional FP for headliners. On the more busy day, we got FP for secondary rides (Haunted Mansion, Buzz, Mermaid, etc).

Thanks. I will see about switching FP to splash. And we will play the afternoon by ear and just see what fast passes are available and go from there.

Looks great! Space Mountain is definitely your weak point, but if you commit to riding it later in the day or swap your Jungle Cruise FP for Space Mountain, it should work. Jungle's lines aren't terribly long in the morning - maybe shuffle it forward a bit? The morning cruises of Jungle tend to be staffed with more senior cast members. IMHO they have the best cruises, having refined their timing and delivery over the years.

Even if you end up missing a ride or two, it looks like you've got a solid plan and lots of wiggle room, especially for any ambitious marathoners who want to come back for a few last rides rather than swim. I hope you have an amazing trip!
