MK opening ceremony time change?

I recall reading somewhere that the opening ceremony now begins earlier than it used to. I tried searching but couldn't seem to find the answer. Can anybody clarify this for me?

It occurs a bit earlier, now (8:45AM at last count.)

But, you should have always planned to arrive WELL before the posted opening time in order to be in a better place to see the show... among the other guests who have also come to see the show.

So, arriving at 8:10-8:30 was always a good idea, even before the 5-10 minute program-start time adjustments.
