MK opening 9-7-05, please please help!!!!

If you were at the park opening at the MK on Wednesday, September 7 and you took pictures of the opening family, please let me know!!! We were the lucky family but Disney screwed up and there wasn't a photographer there to take our picture. I would love to have one of us at the train station if someone has it. I'll pay money or send a thank you package, anything! I'm desperate! It was such a magical moment, I would love to include it in the scrapbook. If you can help me out I would be soooooo appreciative!

Just curious, how did you get to be the family? I hope you find someone with pictures.

We got to the park really early that morning and just started talking to a CM about the hurricanes last year and how he lost his roof. Then another CM came over and asked us to help them open the park. It was sooooo cool, DH said he would never question me again when it comes to getting up so early to wait at the parks! I'll post pictures when I finish my trip report. It was neat seeing the park totally empty except for cast members!

Anyone??? DD was dressed as Sleeping Beauty and DS was Prince Phillip.

Don't give up! Keep bumping this thread up. Some who were there might not be getting home until about now and may not check the boards for a little while. I hope someone responds.

Have you also tried posting this on different Disney boards? Someone "out there" has got to have a picture of you!

Try over on the trip reports boards-- find someone with a report who was there - I would think that would be a possibility. Some people come home do a report and don't check the other boards so much.

Sorry to say that was the one morning we were not there for opening ceremony - after 4 straight days and looking at the barrell of EMH we slept in a little and got there at 9:15 (instead of the 8:15 we had been doing and the 7:15 the day before at MGM). I had pictures of the family for 4th and 5th. I was hoping but after checking our trip report - we didn't make it. Did have a picture of DD in front of the Mickey flower design that morning. Really hope someone has a picture that morning.
