MK open late?

What are the chances Magic Kingdom will stay open later than 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 29?
We get to hotel around 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. and my kids want to go to MK after we check in. So I'm hoping its open until midnite.

There's always a chance all the way up to the day of, so check on the TV when you get there.

Yes, attendance. I find a 10pm close odd for a Saturday, when the Wed my family is there, the 5th, they are open till 11pm. That's there EMH evening, so we actually get to stay in MK till 1am!

Thanks Tiggerlover. I find it odd too. But I did check, today, on Disney site and it still says 10 unless its changed in the last few hours. I do expect that it will be open late on that Saturday, so we shall see.

I see that MK has been open at least until 11 p.m. lately, so I have hope!
I really want it to be open late on the 29th so we don't have to hurry very much.

I have been wondering the same thing. June 29th is the night we wanted go later in the day . Also AK closes at 9:00 that day and is open until 10:00 the other days.

I'm hoping we get a couple later closures during our trip in July, too, specifically on the evening EMH day so it pushes those 2 hours later. 10:00 is just so early to close in the summer! We're DLR natives, so the whole concept is odd to us since DL is open until midnight very often.

This is honestly perplexing. Saturday, June 29 is likely to be one of the busiest Saturdays of the year considering that week encompasses Independence Day. There will be a lot of check-ins on the 29th and MK will be a lot of people's first stop. I would expect this to change but I am perplexed why it's not listed as 12am already.

We were there last Saturday and it was opened until midnight. I don't know exactly when it changed, but when I looked the week before we left, it still had a 10pm closing. So don't loose hope!
