MK morning extra magic hour?

I am trying to have a plan for fastpasses but I don't know what attractions are open during the morning extra magic hour at MK. If we can get on rides at 8 AM with little or no wait I may not want to schedule the same attractions for fastpasses later in the day. This way we can use a fastpass for something else. Or are all rides/attractions open for the extra magic hour?
