MK monorail tour - casual meal?

Going to be staying at Shades of Green this weekend - taking my brother and family on tour of the 3 MK resorts Friday night. Any suggestions for a fun place to stop for a casual meal with no reservation (ie burger etc). Not sure if there are any food court or quick bite places in the GF, CR or Polynesian? We have several other sit down meals planned but don't want to be pinned down to a time on this one.....

The polynesian has a counter service restaurant that has a lot of choices, but I know it can get crowded. It's called Captain cooks snack company. Yummy stuff!

And the GF has Gasparilla's. Both are decent but don't have the variety of food courts.

At off hours, you may be able to walk in to Kona Cafe at the Polynesian, GF Cafe or the Wave at the CR. We really enjoy the first two and are eager to try the Wave soon. Our eldest has dined there and says it's excellent.

The lounge area at the Wave in Contemporary serves apps..and every one we have tried has been wonderful. I would stop there for a quick relaxing bite.

Restaurant is very good also, if you can get in.
