MK Monday or Tuesday (XmasParty)

So I have always read Monday MK are to be avoided due to the heavy crowds. Tuesday MK has a Christmas party booked . We usually only stay at the parks till 4/5 pm then head to resort to relax or swim. Are the party day hours more or less crowded? Or does it really not make a difference since we leave early .

Party day mornings are usually a good time to go to MK. Party guests are usually allowed in to MK at 4pm on party days.
After 4pm you will see a steady stream of people coming in and the entrance area where you scan into park is mobbed as people come in and wait in line to get their party wrist bands.
If you are leaving MK around 4pm you should be good.
