We are a veteran WDW family. However, with FP+ changing wait times and the addition of new attractions at Fantasy Land, I'm not sure what is the best way to make the most out of a day at MK. Ideally, we would spend as much time there as possible. MK is our fav and if it gets too crowded on the attractions or we get done what we want to get done, DH and DD will play Sorcerer's of the MK. Could you guys help me out with an order for attractions, if we get to the front of the crowd at RD on a non-EMH morning? TIA!!!!

Attractions we don't want to miss:
Peter Pan
Space mt (10:35 FP ) DD's fav so we could do this multiple times
Splash mt
BTMRR (12 FP) and basically I'd do this ride as many times as possible
POTC
HM
Voyage of LM
7 dwarfs (4 FP)
Dumbo
Philharmagic
Small world
Buzz space ranger spin

Would do tiki room, Swiss family, and carousel of progress if time and if not a big wait.

We have a 12:50 BOG ADR.

I'll be honest; the FP+ and longer wait times has thrown me into a tailspin as well, but I'd head to either POTC/Splash/HM first or Peter Pan. Especially since you have fps for a couple of the headliners and it seems everyone is headed back to 7DMT or A&E. We were there in December, and it was pretty crowded, but the wait times for Dumbo, Voyage, Philharmagic. Small World weren't bad. You don't mention any parades or Wishes, so I'd take that time to hit Buzz and Space Mt again, or if you haven't done Adventureland, do that. We have always found that if you leave after lunch and come back later, it's not as bad, either.
However, wait for other suggestions because there are people here far wiser than me when it comes to the new system.

Have you had a look at the cheat sheets on easywdw.com? They lay out a pretty good plan for touring and prioritizing your day to minimize lines. The key is to arrive at least 30-45 mins before RD and to head straight to Fantasyland to hopefully knock off a few of the rides there before the standby lines build. Then use your FPs in late morning, and then continue touring and getting whatever other FPs you may want

We will hit MK our first night there, hopefully by 3-4 PM. Have 3 FPs for favs, but don't have much expectations to get on much else, since we don't want to wait in long lines. Will take it easy and stroll. I forgot about the Tommorrow Land Transit., which is a must...always good for a relaxing break. We will stay to watch Wishes that first night. Not sure about the parade. If we can get on rides, we'd do that instead. I think DD and DH want to play a round of Sorcerer's in the dark, if possible, so not sure if they'll try that first night or come back on the night of our full day there.

Be patient. Even on the busiest days, the lines for the headliners can get very short late at night as guests get hot & tired and head for the exits.

Here's an example from last June, 8 pm - midnight on a non-EMH night with no FP+

Big Thunder 3x
Splash Mtn 2x
Space Mtn 2x
Mine Train (10 min wait right a closing time)
Pirates
Jungle Cruise
Haunted Mansion
Pooh
Peter Pan
Speedway
Barnstormer 2x

We also watched the parade and fireworks and had a couple of Dole Whips.

Like minniemum said, use the easywdw.com cheat sheets as your guide.

I would try to go to Peter Pan at or near rope drop. The queue is neat and this one gets ridiculously backed up. Also try to ride those middling rides such as Haunted Mansion and Pirates as early in the day as you can and then check again later in the evening. The afternoon was awfully busy when we were there so we enjoyed things such as Philharmagic and the train and so on during that time.

Just back. We scheduled our FP for late morning to early afternoon. We did RD each MK day and were able to ride our favorites (BTMRR and Splash) multiple times with little to no wait between 9-10:30. We would do our FP, eat lunch then take a break. Lines were awful between 1-6 or so. We would sometimes get additional FP for late afternoon. Once the fireworks ended there was plenty of time to ride our favorites again and again before park closing. We did not have any EMH on our MK days this last week.
