For those of you who have attended the Dessert Party...Can you see Spectromagic from the Dessert Party? I thought I saw Robo post a reply saying you could not see the Spectromagic Parade.

I am hoping for an extension to September 21st when Spectro is at 8pm and Wishes is at 9pm.

Yes, we could see Spectromagic from the viewing area. I haven't uploaded my pictures yet, but we have at least one picture of my daughter and I with the castle and Spectromagic in the background .

Turns out, they also do a dinner reservation, so beware! If the CM is not on the ball, they could book you into something else that has nothing to do with the wishes buffet!

thank you for this information!!! I have just called for a reservation and was given 7.30pm for 10pm wishes which made no sense to me, couple with the fact that he didnt' take my credit card details and I knew something wasn't quite right. It sounds like they have booked us in for dinner and not dessert. I shall call back!

I just tried to book for 8/20 or 8/21 and they were sold out. I'm going to keep trying, though!

I just tried booking July 28 or August 2 for 1 adult and they were both booked solid.

I'm going to keep trying, but I may have to rearrange some other ADRs first.

I just booked today (7/6) and got in for August 1st, there was a cancelation while I was on the phone as CM was checking other dates and then said Aug 1st just popped open (true?). I'm good with it! She even got the pricing, location and times right.

This will be my family's first Disney Experience, kicking off our week long trip of our first ever family of four vacation and first ever time to Disney. I sure hope it goes well. I'm excited.

Are you sure they extended to August 29th? Just called and I was told by a castmember that they haven't extended it to that date.

i booked and paid for it, was told it ended on 28th but said a friend had booked the 29th aug and she looked and said oh it must have been extended

The first information I had seen on this said it ended 8/29, but then everything else I saw said 8/28. I gave it a shot on that first booking date as I wanted it for the 29th and I was able to book it then. I have a been a bit worried about it because I keep seeing 8/28 as the ending date so last night we called just to confirm it and the CM confirmed we are booked for the 29th.

Not unless its fully booked but I called 3 times and each CS said that it was until the 28th. I asked the last one if they would have extended it and not informed them. She said its possible. She even tried to book it for me and it said it wasn't available. So maybe its sold out. I will just keep mine for the 25th.

i'm not the only one on here that booked for 29th, i saw it on here and called on monday and got it, they said it wasnt on but asked her to check and she booked it

I have a confirmation number and check in time and the payment is gone from my card

That is good news. I didn't want to cause any problems, I just wanted to make sure that everyone was confirmed. You would think one hand would know what the other was doing.
