No Hall of Presidents!!! I like history (a lot--major in college!) and even I fall asleep in HOP!!!

thats funny :rotfl2: :rotfl2: i teach high school history and i wont go there either.

Wow, you guys are awesome. Thanks for all of the idea's. I hate to skip anything, but I figure if I plan ahead a little, we will really get the best experience possible. Efficiency is key, that way we don't have to race from ride to ride trying to experience every single one. My goal is to enjoy the whole MK "atmosphere" and do the rides I think my family will like the best.

One more question...as far as the rollercoasters go...my 9 year old (well, me too) are not keen on the big drops. That being said, which one's should we avoid? Thanks!!!!!

I say Space Mountain.

Top 3

1) Philharmagic
2) Haunted Mansion
3) POC

Least 3

1) Country Bear Jamboree
2) HOP
3) Swiss Family Tree house

I agree with everyone that it is hard to pick three

Me
1. The three mountains
2. Jungle Cruise (the jokes are corny, but it is fun!!)
3. Pirates

DD (aged 10)
1. Mickey's Philharmagic
2. Haunted House
3. Buzz Lightyear

Also, tip be sure to use the train to get from the back of the park to the front (or vice versa) - saves time and also a great ride!

Well Space Mountain doesn't have any big drops but since its in the dark the drops, small as they are take you a bit by surprise. Its also very jerky. Big Thunder Mountain is very fun and great for people who don't like big coasters but like a somewhat fun, fast ride. I think just one small drop there, maybe not even big enough to be called a drop! Splash Mountain has the biggie drop and some smaller ones, including one in the dark. But they are over so fast you don't have time to get too scared! WDW is great in that it isn't about big thrills only a few people enjoy. Oh, and Rock N Rollercoaster at MGM has no drops but does go upside down several times and goes very fast. Its in the dark but very short and very fun! Good luck and have a great trip!
