Hi there used to be a Calipso Steel Drum band that would play in the MK in Advetureland.

Are they still there?

I don't know, but that sounds cool, I love steel drum bands!!

I remember them! I've also seen steel drumers at Market Place several years ago.

I never saw them there but I did see that same band on a rerun of Full House. Thats the show that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made their debut when they were very little. Their character was declared princess for the day at MK and was dancing in front of The Tiki Birds to the rhythm of that same band. One of the fellows spoke to her. Watch for the show to air again. I believe I saw it on Nickolodeun.

Took the girls to MK, it was hot, busy and crowded but somehow the group that walks through Fantasy Land (with saxaphone, etc) came up to the girls and asked what their favorite characters were... they replied Pooh and the began to sing the theme from WTP for us, and then some others, one of the holding their hands, it was magical! I almost cried...lol!
