Hi!
We are booked (paid tickets) for DAH at MK in February.

Today they released the Midnight Magic at MK for 2/12. We will be there and I plan to join the mayhem and try to get the free DVC tickets.

Aren't these 2 events basically the same?
I just did Midnight Magic at California Adventure, and it was great.

Any insight appreciated. Thanks!

It’s Moonlight Magic, not Midnight Magic, and it’s only open to DVC members. It usually includes special character meet and greets and entertainment offerings which aren’t included in DAH.

No comparison between the two. Moonlight Magic is fun, but there's a ton of people there. DAH is a completely different and awesome experience. No crowds. No waits. I recommend doing both. We've done them both on back-to-back nights a couple of times.

Great info--thank you!
I agree about the TONS of people at Moonlight Magic at DCA. I also read that they do it much better at WDW, it's better organized, etc.
Definitely very good photo ops with many characters. Many together in pairs and the more unusual ones you don't see out much.

We are set for the DAH, and I think I'm going to try and get our DVC Moonlight Magic at MK as well. I can't believe we are going to be there the week both are happening.

It's really a neat experience to do them both. You get a TON of park time between the two, and the experiences are different so it doesn't feel repetitive. I know you'll have a great time!
