MK - 3/15 - 3/16 - Big Convention??

Does anyone know what's going on around the 15th, 16th of March? I know the MK is open until 11 (unusual) and a lot of the hotels in WDW are sold out. I'm just curious as to what days to avoid what area of the world. There is a golf tournament later in the week but I don't think that's it.

We'll be there during that time, I was hoping for a quiet time before the spring break crowds. I REALLY thought we could be the rush.

Orlando schools have spring break that week. Maybe they are expecting larger local crowds the first few days.

Hmm...that could be it. Well, either way, it'll be better to be at a crowded Disney World than a snowy, cold NJ!

Mid March is part of the Spring Break time so I'm pretty sure that's why the MK is open late then.

Okay that could explain the longer hours, but what about the sell out of the hotel rooms?

We are also going to be down from 3-13 to 3-20 and hopefully the crwods will be like last year.

For CLM3: this IS actually the beginning of Spring Break. Still not all that crowded, we went in July one year, never again!
