I had a couple of hours before my return from a business trip to FL and stopped into AK for a safari ride and snack. The parade had started by the time I finished the safari and I discovered that my favorite ice cream stand in Harambe no longer serves ice cream -- another blow with the demise of Tusker House CS -- so I headed toward Asia. Yak and Yeti was open and empty, so I decided to check it out. The hostess had to check with someone before seating me, but then I was taken to a lovely window seat with a great view of the parade. The service was good - cheerful and efficient. Unfortunately, the dim sum sampler I ordered was boring at best and a couple of the items were not at all appealing. However, I really enjoyed the friend wonton dessert. It wasn't great cuisine, but the crispy cream cheese filled wontons with fresh pineapple and strawberries in a beautiful sauce with a dish of vanilla ice cream was rich and satisfying. I certainly won't try the dim sum again, but that dessert was good enough for a return trip to try an entree.
