I don't have that problem but when I on M:S I wasn't aware of a spinning motion.It actually feels like your going up in parts of it!

DD used to be able to get me feel ill on the Tea Cups but after doing Mission Space ~ Could not do it!LOL

My husband feels sick after Star Wars, teacups, etc and I do not. I don't like the falling feeling in Tower of Terror, it does not bother him at all. Mission Space bothered him and did not bother me at all (I loved it). So if you are bothered by the same rides as my husband ,you probably will not love Mission Space. It is a very quick ride. I think only very sensitive people would get sick on the ride, but you may feel awful after.
