Just did green side with my 5 year old last week. I'd only done orange before.
It was fine. Fun for my daughter, and she got a kick out of being commander and pressing the buttons. And it's kind of cool to see Earth from that vantage point.
No g forces and no spinning. A little tilting and some jiggling.
