I know MS opens soon will be there next week. Any chance of soft opening?

There's always a chance, but we wouldn't know until it happens. There's usually not much notice ahead of any soft openings

Best advice, go to the ride and see if it's open. If there is a CM stationed there, ask. You could also try asking guest services at Epcot, you never know.
