It's really hard to predict who will feel sick and who won't. I think that my DH is going to try it when we are there next week, but I bet he won't be feeling too good afterwards. He's learned that he can't do any spinning ride, but if he follows the instructions his brain might not register spinning. At least I'm hoping!
I went on it in February. I felt a little sick, but was fine by the time I got off it. I did not follow the instructions totally, though. At one time I looked around to see if the other people were doing their "jobs". Dumb and I won't do that again.
My sister felt sick for about an hour. Not like she was going to throw up, but a bit green.
If you buy any motion sickness meds make sure you try them out at home. The active ingredient in low-dowsy Dramamine wipes me out for 24 hours (same with my DH). I'm going to buy ginger capsules for him to try and I have candied ginger for him to nibble on if he's feeling sick. I saw some herbal product at Safeway last night, but though I would stick with the ginger.
