Mission Space question-for those that have ridden

we are going this Christmas and I want it all to go well. When I saw the pictures and video of the ride, I had a question:

My sister nad her husband are going to join us for part of the trip. They are both big people and I am hoping they dont' have any problems fitting in the capsule or seats.

Can you tell me what the restraints are like and if you anticipate any problems for those that are not small people?

BTW Disney parks are great, and do such a wonderful job of accommodating everyone of every different size so they have never had trouble fitting into any other Disney ride, which is just how it should be!!

Thanks for asking as I have the same problem. My husband is a big guy - tops at over 300lbs. He's dieting but we go in October. Am interested in how he'll do. I agree - Disney posed no problem at all.

We just returned and my husband and grandson both rode. They are of average size and said the accommodations are tight. I did notice that on the sign that has the warnings on it, at the bottom it reads "people of certain sizes may be prohibited from riding"--it caught my attention because I had never seen this line before. (Not sure if I have it verbatim). I passed on the ride, I'm not ready to try yet. They rode it 3 different days. Both enjoyed it and neither got sick or felt bad, but never do.

If you can fit on RnRC, then you are fine. There is quite a bit of room in there, the shoulder restraints pull down, so I would say almost anyone could fit in there.

I have yet to see anyone have a problem on M:S and I've ridden upwards of 20 times with people of all shapes and sizes, from piglet to pooh and everywhere in between.
