Mission Space at Epcot

Has anybody got any idea when this fantastic sounding new attraction is likely to be opened.

I guess I am going to be too early for it this year ? June 19th - July 3rd.

I wouldn't count on an official openining until the fall. Word on the street has it that they are behind schedule and have some technical problems with the ride system that they need to iron out before the ride can be handed over to operations. A ride of this magnitude will likely have an extended preview period after that happens, because they will want it to be 100% working for the press events to avoid another Test Track backlash.

On or around February 15, they started to do random selections of guests to test ride Mission Space. So at least the process of testing has started.

HBC only one of the pods are operationa. They use counter weights for the others... i dont believe if there is any problem or doubts about it that they will open it before itsw ready COMPLETELY as WDWGuide stated. I just hope it doesnt have a critical meltdown so to speak.
