Missing Photopass Borders

I am so upset. I went to edit my photo pass pictures and most of the borders that were there last week are gone now. There were tons of character borders and now they are gone. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to get them back?

I have the same problem since last Thursday night. Saturday I called the help number on the Photopass site and they said it should take about 5 days for them to fix the problem. If I don't see the boarders up in a few days, I will be complaining again.

I'm having the same problem, my photo's from our November trip start to expire on the 24th.

I love MM, but the photo editing is so weird! Even when I select "show all" instead of "best match" or "recommended" or however it's phrased, sometimes a border that I know I had seen before doesn't show as an option for this picture.

I have seen a lot of people post that they have had good help from CMs with photopass issues. If you have had a lot of trouble getting your pics done, definitely call and request a free extension so you have more time to get everythng done.

They need to do a lot of work on the site though. I'm never going to be a fan of that till they do
First, why not add the ability to sort your pics by day?
Second, why, after all these years, is it still a very sluggish and cumbersome site to navigate?
They screw around with the borders way too often. For a few days this week they were totally gone, all of them.

The PP site is awful. There is no other way to describe it. It has been that way for years ~ slow as molasses, buggy, crashes, freezes, disappearing photos and options, etc.

The PP site is one reason why I knew MDE wasn't going to work well.

The pictures are now sorted by day and time within each park. You choose the park that you want and then they are automatically in chronological order for that park.

There was a problem starting about a week ago and no borders/stickers were available at all. Then when they came back up only some were there (no princess,plain frozen,epcot,starwars,ect.) Just wondering if anyone else still has an issue with alot of the borders/stickers still missing? Thanks again

They have borders and stickers back up but they have taken away some and added new ones. Some new dining and resort (Tusker house,Park Fare - is this a sign of new ones?) and 2015.

I have an sticker from 2 weeks ago showing on thumbnails but not "available" in edit mode so we will see what downloads. Still love the MM but it would be nice if some "core" things stayed - signatures for most of the characters for example (all I can find is the gang no princesses mike and sully etc..)

Did notice an updated space mountain border(S) that allow you to choose how much "outer space" you see.

I think they are updating alot and it just is a timing issue on what you get and what you dont. Also from this thread you can tell lots of folks are on (from the thanksgiving crush) so maybe a little sluggish because so much traffic ??

Yes, they have been like that for well over a year but that's not what I am asking. I want to be able to click to a specific date. Or see all the pics on a given date, like all pics taken on 12/7 for instance. Or even when I click on Magic Kingdom I would like to be able to jump to the pictures done on 12/12 instead of having to scroll through past each day we were there on our trip. All it would take is adding in a calendar with a drop down selection box. The pictures are coded with the date so half the work is done.

With the borders/stickers, the different holiday/season themed and special attraction ones yes would not be there year round but you did have the ones that would never change like theme park, the plain pinkish sparkle border,year border and the plain snowflake frozen border, Tinkerbell, have been there for awhile but now are not. And you could only see the park borders that were specifically for the park you were editing (Magic Kingdom borders only in MK and Epcot borders only in Epcot) unlike now all parks are present under each park (Hollywood Studios border in front of the castle). Also with event specific themes like the dining borders or attraction borders you would only see them account specific if you did that event where as now they are there at all times. For instance I would only see a Blizzard Beach border if I actually had photos taken at blizzard Beach, If I didn't go to that park I shouldn't see the border. Same goes with the Star Wars borders, they were only available to those who did the Padawan training, or special events (Villains Night,Star Wars weekends) so that border would be account specific. Some of the borders like I said have been there for 3+ years running now. So I guess I am trying to see if anyone else notices the shortened selection? Also Is everyone missing the borders mentioned above (frozen,pink sparkle,Star Wars,etc). Thanks for all your help.

I just looked and there are two different frozen borders (one Elsa and one Anna), a Star Wars border, and a pink sparkle one for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. I accessed them from the "all borders" option. Checking the individual themes - Star Wars is under Theme Parks, and the other three are under the Disney Princess option.

I tried today and still can't see all the borders. I called photopass support and was told they were "updating options" and that borders were "subject to availability". I didn't realize updating options meant taking them all away Anyway, she gave me a free 15 day extension.....so hopefully I can access them soon!
