Missing ADRs?

I've made a number of ADR's for our upcoming June trip, but when I got a print out of my ADR's from AK Itinerary Planning office, a lot of them were missing! I have the confirmation numbers and will be calling Disney Dining soon.

Do you think this is a Disney Dining problem, or does DD not tell AK IP all of the reservations?

Has anyone else had missing ADR's?

ADRs come up listed under the telephone number provided. Could some be under a home phone number and some under a cell, perhaps?
 
Nope. They are all under the same phone number. I just emailed AK IP and asked them to check into it for me. Gotta love the perks of staying on the concierge level! :smile

I had this same problem last year.....thankfully it was straightened out but I was steamed!!! :mad:
 

When we stayed at the YC in June, I had the IPO schedule the Illuminations Cruise for us and after that I received an email with my cruise info as well as some of my ADR's. Called the YC and the CM said that when she made the ressie for the cruise only a few ADR's came up under my last name. But when I called Disney Dining to check, they were all there. Go figure.:confused3

When we were at OKW last week I went to the Concierge desk to change a reservation. Then next day I looked at the list and noticed that the ADRs were missing for a whole day. I called Disney Dining and they confirmed that I did have those ADRs.
 
had exactly the same problem a couple of weeks ago with a couple I had made myself throguh WDW-DINe, where apparently they had mis-spelled my last name. The concierge at AKL, Don, was able to track them down by number and incorporate them in my itinerary... not saying I don't like concierge level perks, but it almost feels like cheating ;)
 
Spelling inconsistencies also resulted in AKL CL not having them all at first - simple to fix
 
Don at AKL so rules. :cool1: I emailed him about my missing ADR's and within an hour, I had the updated list with all of my ADR's. He didn't know that I had made new ADR's through DD, so he hadn't pulled the new list.
No problem at all! He's so great.

He's also going to try and book a Wishes Fireworks cruise for me at the 90 day mark. I so love not having to get up at 3:45am to try and get that cruise. Yes, it feels like cheating, but cheating in a very good way. I feel like I have a Disney advocate working with me! :thumbsup2
