I agree with you as well. I would have been in very big trouble as a kid if my parents ever caught me tp'ing someones yard or spraying shaving cream all over the street or in peoples yards. Last night I saw something that at first appeared innocent but then really started to bother me. A Mom was trick or treating with her daughter and friends (the kids were about 13yo) and they were spraying silly string all over each other. Fine, whatever. But then, I saw them attacking each other with it in someone's driveway, leaving a mess. The mother said nothing. If my daughter ever did that, I'd make her pick up the mess and carry it to the nearest garbage pail. Why should the homeowner have to come out to this mess and pick it up? Some parents are just clueless.
