Oh man! So now I might have to fit a frozen holiday dessert party into the budget and plan now too!! There's no way I could miss that with a frozen obsessed 6 year old DD!

To be honest, $89 per adult was way too steep for us, considering what you got. We didn't need 3 identical pins and lithographs, and we were able to see the Osbourne lights just fine without the reserved seats. Once we got FP+ for the singalong, we ended up canceling the party. Hubby is diabetic, and I can't imagine any way that it would be worth $237 for the three of us, no matter how much of a Frozen fan the kiddo is. Instead, we watched the lights and went to Olaf's snowground. We made a mini snowman then bought an $8 Elsa cupcake and $6 Olaf cookie, and that was plenty for us. Your mileage may vary.

Oh wow! I know I'm practically alone but I LOVE DHS! I love the rides granted I know it's limited but I do have high expectations for this park and I can't wait for them to revamp and add more attractions. I know my kids will love this and this is our first trip during Christmas.

I love DHS too!! Also our family's first holiday time trip!

I love all of the parks but for so many different reasons. now, they just need to open up booking so I can finalize our plans! I know my kids will love this and this is our first trip during Christmas.

You are not alone. Yes, it needs some new blood, but we still love it! I love the neon at night, so pretty, and the rides that they do have are wonderful.

I can only go one night to this holiday dinner, so I am a bit worried that I won't get one booked.

Just keep checking once booking opens. In May I was able to get reservations for both Star Wars dining experiences. It drove me crazy but at least with the app and the internet I don't seem like a completely crazy stalker!!

Sorry for the rookie question- When they release the meal for reservations, will it show up with the regular dining reservations or is it in a separate place on the website?

Probably as a separate "restaurant" - that's how the SWW meals worked. It was listed as "Jedi Mickey Dine at Hollywood & Vine" and "Jedi Mickey Dine at Hollywood & Vine with Fantasmic!"

Yeah, I am also hoping to book the Frozen dessert party...if they haven't jacked up the price even more. They cancelled the one special F&W event I was hoping to do with my DS and I will probably cancel the Wishes dessert party since it isn't looking like a great value to me, so this one is looking like a decent option for us.

On the disneyfoodblog.com site, they posted screen shots of how it was showing up when people could see it earlier. It was called "Hollywood & Vine Minnie's Holiday & Dine Dinner."

Just a bit of advice - there will never be evening times at H&V (regular dinner) if they open this up as a separate event. Just don't want you to rely on your scout and miss it.

I think one way to outsmart this issue would be to sign up for a Mama Melrose search (especially FDP) on the sniper sites...I think you will see a dump of them when Minnie's goes live. What do you think? (Hopefully, though you will catch someone being able to book here even earlier than that!)

I agree but if you have already paid for multiple or unlimited searches, it is worth a shot.

I have paid subscriptions too..3 to be factual...BUT, I was notified here 20 minutes before BOG dropped the other day...Was so excited too, because we have 9 in our party. I am hooked to this board!! lol...I am not looking for the dinner though, we have been trying since our 180+ just for H&V fantasmic and have yet to see one!!
