Minnie Vans ??

Are the new Minnie Van's for all guests?
Can they be used from Resort to resort as well as Resort to parks.
I understand some vans can transports EVCS. How are they loaded? Does the ECV need to be the kind that can be broken down for transport?

They are only available at a select number of resorts right now. Someone will be along shortly with the list, I'm sure.

They can go anywhere on property, including to/from resorts and parks. Price is $20 per trip.

Someone else might be able to help on the ECV question.

The accessible vans have a rear ramp and tie-downs, so the wheelchair or ecv is rolled on fully assembled, and can be occupied. There are only 3 other passenger seats, so their capacity is 4 guests with the wheelchair occupant riding in their chair.

It has been reported that anyone can use the MV's if they just go to one of the participating resorts' bell desk and request that their smartphone be enabled, whether they're staying at the resort or not. I can't personally vouch for that.

That was the report, but someone else had reported trying to do that and being told it was only for guests of that resort. Somewhere along the line, someone is confused or giving out bad info.

I think it's more likely that it either depends on which cm you ask to do it, or Disney learned what was happening and told cm's to stop it.
