Minnie Mouse in Valentines Dress?

Does anyone know if Minnie is meeting anywhere in any of the parks in her Valentines Day dress today? It's basically the same dress but with white hearts instead of White polka dots.

I know Minnie in Storybook Circus will not be making a costume change today (asked a handler). What about EPCOT character spot?

We were at MK today and I didn't notice anything special at all for Valentines Day. We were a little disappointed.
