Minnie Mouse craft ideas for 7-9 year olds?

My daughter is wanting a "Disney" party and is wanting her friends to be able to do a Minnie Mouse Craft??!!! Yikes! Any ideas out there? It needs to be cheap for materials since she is inviting quite a few. Any party ideas at all are appreciated!!

I am working on my first altered clipboard -

clipboards are under $2 at Staples
you could use scrap paper or just red black and white papers and use white elmers glue watered down a little (I use mod podge for mine though) to adhere the paper - and cover it - then top it with sticker letters with their names and a mini sticker - and tie a few ribbons to the top hole too!

my daughter and I did this for her party!!

get cheap black headbands and black foam, (or cardstock) to make ears (I cut them out beforehand~cut them on the fold and glued together around the headband) then, at the party I gave them bows (from polka dot ribbon! and cheap hair clips and rhinestones and I even found cheap clip-on earrings and let them go at it. the wrote their names in glitter glue on the backs and wore them the entire party! we also did disney temporary tatoos. (found those at the discount party store) you could face paint too! hope this helps!

oh yes, we did cupcakes instead of cake too, and I used the small tubes of M & M's(for the ears)and a regular bag of them(for the head!) to make the mickey icons on top! I used the mickey icon punch I have for scrapbooking to cut out "confetti" to sprinkle all over the table too! got mickey head balloons from ebay and had my party store fill them with helium. we had a blast!
