Minnie Dress Dosent fit

My daughter is so upset! i ordered the cutest minnie dress for her from etsy. It finally came today, and we tried it on, and its too small. She was crying. I emailed the lady, and she is super nice and offerig me a refund when she receives the dress back, which is great... but now we have no dress for our trip. We leave saturday....
