Minivan Rates

Hi - I recently booked a minivan with a code (DOL39) through Dollar for November. The rate was $199 a week.
Just wondering if anyone has ever gotten a better rate than that and from who? Thanks for any input!!!!!

P.S. Their website said this rate was only good thru June but I used it for Nov. and it worked. This has happened for our last two trips as well. Maybe this will help someone else save money.

I haven't seen better. I got a quote of 221/wk w/o a code. I wonder why Dollar was 221 and Thrifty was $2K!!!

Does anyone know if you rent a car and don't have flight times, can you change pickup and drop off times later? Thank you!!

Yes, you can go in and modify the exisitng reservations whenever you need to. Just make sure you modify/change and make sure it saved it. If its just a little time difference I wouldnt worry, its actually when you pick up the car then the return time is determined.

Thanks for the code I just changed my reservation and got the $199 rate, prior I had a rate of $209.

Thanks everyone. I just rented a van for 2 weeks. With taxes & fees it comes to $510 - still a lot to me but much better than any other price we could find.
