Most recent increase was the 30th September this year by about 20p?

£5.73 ($9.46) for 22 and older.
£4.66 ($7.87) for 18-22.
£3.53 ($5.83) for 16-18.

Well they did have tips but I was working in the kitchen so I never made any.

ETA: Found out starting January 1st, we're going to federal minimum wage.

I'm pretty sure it's $8.00 in MA. I work at a grocery store, and they pay min. wage to baggers, and anyone under 16. Cashiers get $.30 extra just for being cashiers I guess? I make $8.55 with my wicked awesome $.25 raise. Yaaah can't wait to get a CNA job over the summer .. they start at like $10/hour and I've seen some up to $15/hr.

Do you work at Shaws? My friend works at Shaws and they have the same set up.

Stop & Shop but yeah I think they're run pretty much the same way. Although my roommate works at Shaw's about 45 minutes away, has been working there fewer years than I have at S&S, and makes like $9.45!
