Minimum purchase for sold out resorts?

If I purchase sold out resort (e.g. Boardwalk) points direct from DVC, do I still have to purchase a minimum of 150 points? Just curious. Thanks!

For first-time purchases, the minimum direct thru Disney is 150 points at all resorts. Existing members may purchase as few as 25 points as an add-on to their master contract.

Resale purchases may be made for as few as 25 points, since there are no minimum restrictions. 25 point contracts are the smallest available thru either source.

Yes, if it is your initial purchase. If it is an add on you can purchase as few as 25.

when purchasing add-ons through disney, do you need to purchase in increments of 25......or can you purchase any number of points as long as it's OVER 25 (for instance - could i buy 60 pts at VWL if i wanted to)?

Yes, you can buy 26 27... or any number 25 or higher.
