Minimum among of time for DL?

We had originally planned on spending 3 days doing DL & DCA. Our plans have changed though and will have a maximum of 6 hours. Do you think it is worth it to get a one day ticket for DL (DD is 18 mos) and fitting in what we can? I'm thinking it just won't be worth it and will have to plan another trip in the future.

Personally, I wouldn't go for six hours. It's just not worth it and would be like giving a thirsty man a thimbleful of water. I suggest going another time when you can spend at least a full day. Your mileage may vary, though .

I do, unfortunately, have to agree. With a MAXIMUM of 6 hours, I don't think that it would be worth it. But, that is just my opinion. Maybe hit up DTD instead? You could always spend a bit of time in World of Disney, Build a Bear and other fun shops. Otherwise, I would wait until you had at least a full day or two (I prefer five ).

Yeah, I would not go for only six hours. I'm not sure I would have the willpower to leave when my six hours were up.

Going to Downtown Disney is a Great Idea. I could in no way pull my self away from Disneyland in 6 hours I have a hard enough time just going for a day.

Thanks everyone. Thats what we were thinking. It would just be too hard to leave once we were there and DD will enjoy it more when she's older.

I think that California Adventure (minus WOC) is doable in 6 hours. We were there on Sunday and squeezed in Soaring, TSMM, Monster Inc, Little Mermaid, It's Tough to be a Bug and TOT with lots of free time in between in about 4 hours. That leaves plenty of time for Bug's Life and Redwood Creek.
